Cleaning tarnished silver ring

Why is your silver ring turn black?
The silver used Sterling silver 925 parts silver + 75 parts of other metal
Pure silver is less corrosive but it is softer and not durable so we have to use alloy like copper.

It is very fast and easy to clean the black
All you need is
Boiling water, Baking Soda and aluminium foil

Cover a glass bowl with aluminium foil
Put the ring inside
Add the baking soda on top of the ring (1-2 TSP)
Pour the boiling water to cover +
Mix a little
in 5 minutes or less all the black will disappear.
If some is left use a tooth brush to clean it
