My journey with this amazing couple started when Erin and John selected 3 loose peach and Padparadscha sapphires from the collection.
We then had a live Skype to show in a live video the 3 sapphires. Two where selected.
I shipped the sapphires and Erin and John picked the best one that will fit their design and sent the other one back.
